two-stroke engine: it’s necessary to mix 25CC gasoline and 1CC two-stroke oil evenly before pouring it into the oil drum.

1. Check the fuel switch operates smoothly or not, safety stop switch. (in case of emergency, you can press the stop switch to stop the blade immediately).

2. Transmission inner and outer tubes: add butter after use20-25H to make sure smooth action.

3.machine head: side screw loosened and butter after use 20H to extends the life of the machine head.

Inspection before mowing :

 1 Check the blade for breakage, so as not to affect the balance.

 2. Whether the machine head and tool are securely locked.

 3. Whether the safety cover is installed in the correct position to avoid injury from splashing grass or small stones.

Maintenance of the air filter:

  1. Remove the screw and take out the inner sponge, pat or blow the sponge to clean up the dust or use gasoline to clean it, and then put it back on the engine after it is dry to complete the maintenance of the air filter.
  2. It can extend the life of engine, and there will be no pull cylinder or weakness.
  3. If it's really dirty that you can’t clean up, please replace a new filter cotton.

Maintenance of long-term engines:

If put engine unused for a period of time(almost up to 1-2 months),you need to drain the remaining oil from the tank, and the engine will stop naturally, let the residual oil in the engine burn out, because if the engine is not used for a long time, the oil circuit will be blocked and the brush cutter cannot be started, and the mixed gasoline will deteriorate for a long time, which will affect the brush cutter’s usage efficiency
