How to change blade?

First, before change blades, we must be familiar with our structure of the nose, it can be roughly divided into five parts
1)Front head
2)Upper blade pressure block
3)Lower blade pressure block
4)Safety cover
5)Nut
Since the axis of the machine head is free to rotate, Therefore, the axis must be fixed to lock the blade and other parts into front head. We can see a hole in the front head and upper blade pressure block has a groove design. The most important step is that we must insert the 4MM L-shaped wrench into the hole to fix the blade briquette and remember finish this step to continue the following installation!
1.Nylon head
Nylon head installation is the simplest type of blade of all blades, only three steps.
(1) Insert the fixed L-shaped wrench
(2) Press the upper blade pressure block into the front head
(3) Lock in nylon head (anticlockwise)

2.Aluminum plate
The installation of the aluminum plate is also quite simple, let’s see the following steps
(1) Insert the fixed L-shaped wrench
(2) Press the upper blade pressure block into the front head
(3) Fasten the aluminum plate (facing down the side that is cut to save labor)
(4) Lock the nut
Especially to pay attention on this knife set, it is recommended to install only two nylon threads and the length of nylon threads need to be controlled within 12~15CM. This configuration can achieve the best cutting results.

3.Italian red blade
This cutter head needs an extra spacer to fix it!
(1) Insert the fixed L-shaped wrench
(2) Press the upper blade pressure block into the front head
(3) Snap on the red blade
(4) Put the gasket into the groove of the front head
(5) Lock the nut
This kind of blade is stronger than that of the nylon head, and the fuel consumption is also smaller than nylon head.
4.36T metal disk blade
This blade requires all accessories of the handpiece to be installed and due to the blade is sharp, be careful when you are replacing.
(1) Insert the fixed L-shaped wrench
(2) Press the upper blade pressure block into the front head
(3) Put in 36T metal disk blade
(4) Snap in the lower blade clamp
(5) Snap on the safety cover
(6) Lock the nut
